The air is crisp, the leaves are falling, and I freeze every time I walk outside…guess that means it’s officially fall in NYC. Just because you’re living the city life doesn’t mean you can’t experience typical events of the season. In fact apple picking and corn mazes are only a quick ride on public transportation (and possibly a few transfers and/or a cab) away!

If you want to stay in the city, check out Queens County Farm for pumpkin picking and NYC’s only corn maze.

But if you’re willing to venture out a little bit to get fresh apples, click here and here, to see a list of apple orchards right outside the city.
